Monoclonal Antibody to Porcine Epithelial Basement cells Monoclonal antibody PB1 recognizes cells of the epithelial basement cell layer in various swine and human tissues.

Format:	Purified, liquid Supplied as 0.2ml solution. This stock solution contains approximately 1mg/ml IgM, phosphate buffered saline pH 7.2 (PBS), 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Stability:	Original vial: 1 year at 4° - 8°C Stock solution or aliquots thereof: 1 year at -20°C. Avoid repeated thawing and freezing.
Applications:	Tested for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA
Immunogen:	Porcine lung extract

Antigen distribution:	Tissue sections: Basal cell layer of various epithelia in different swine organs, e.g. basal cells in the epidermis of the skin, in bronchiolar epithelia of the lung and in cells of the macula densa in the kidney
